Looking Ahead: Now you’re ready to tackle the next three months. We’ll get very specific about action steps and how you will spend your time and energy.
Bring your sneakers. Now is the time we get up and move. Nothing too jarring and I can help you modify any move to ensure a safe and enjoyable sweat-and-inspiration session. You’ll end on your yoga mat with a delicious stretching and breathing section.
